On 13 July, the technology conference will be held as the grand opening of the symposium, uniting leading STEM industries in Iasi and beyond. Following the conference, 30 international participants will have one week to gather ideas and develop innovative concepts on how academia can become more welcoming and inclusive in STEM.

Taking place on July 13th, 2025, in Iași, Romania, this one-day event brings together students, researchers, educators, and professionals from across Europe to address key challenges in today's academic and technological landscape.
